Event planning
In 2015, I served as the vice president of recruitment for Panhellenic executive council at Saint Louis University. Before recruitment began, I planned educational events for current sorority women and potential new members and organized a training program for recruitment counselors. I also created a timeline for the weeks leading up to recruitment and a master schedule for the weekend of recruitment. This role allowed me to flex my event planning skills and organize a multi-faceted event.

Event Master Schedule
This master schedule consists of room assignments, meeting times/locations, and an hourly schedule for potential new members, sorority women and recruitment counselors.
Event Booklet
I created this informational booklet for potential new members to reference before and during sorority recruitment. It includes a schedule of events, an overview of the recruitment process, frequently asked questions and space to take notes.
